4. Free Beams and Paid Services

BEAM offers both free and paid services:

New users receive 2 free beams upon account creation
Additional beams can be purchased for $1 each
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law

Violates any laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated images and artwork are created using third-party AI services. While you may use these creations for personal purposes, we do not guarantee uniqueness or ownership rights. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated content comply with these terms.

8. Privacy and Data

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimers

BEAM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACTION Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.
